What is BHB, and why ketones?
Beta-hydroxybutyrate is the primary ketone body your own metabolism produces. As an alternative cellular fuel it converts toward ATP in fewer enzymatic steps than glucose. Godspeed delivers 6+g of goBHB per serving as four mineral salts, so it fuels and hydrates at the same time.
Will Godspeed make me crash?
No. There is no sugar and no added caffeine, so there is no spike to fall off. Energy comes from BHB ketones, a fuel your cells burn directly, plus paraxanthine and theobromine for steady focus. Most people describe it as a clean lift that fades out, not a cliff.
Is there caffeine in it?
No added caffeine. Godspeed uses 102mg of paraxanthine (as enfinity®), the part of caffeine your body makes when it breaks caffeine down, and 102mg of theobromine from cacao.
